If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
- Once your monthly box arrives and you cancel your order, the current box will not be taken back. Your cancelation will be applicable from the next term onwards. You will automatically stop receiving your #PlaySchoolBox from the succeeding term of your cancellation.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Conditions for Refund
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- Your order was made in the last 7 days.
- After your order cancellation, you will be eligible for only 50% refund.
- Once your product is shipped, your cancallation will not be applicable.
- You will receive your refund in 7-10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Damaged Goods
- If you receive damaged books or toys, we will replace them with new ones within 7-10 business days.
